Berthing
Each zone with at least one registered team will receive a berth for their zone champion to qualify for the provincial championship. Remaining at-large berths, including those from zones without registered teams, will be awarded to zones by the Seeding Committee, which will be appointed by the Executive Director, in consultation with the Rugby Advisory Committee Chair.

  • Team Registration (STARS) Deadline: April 8th, 2026 
  • Roster Deadline Registration: April 22nd, 2026 
  • XV’s or 7’s Team Declaration Deadline: April 22nd, 2026 
  • Deadline for Zones to decline allocated berths: May 1st, 2026 
  • Zone Championships Completed: May 19th, 2026 
  • Championship Registration Deadline: May 20th, 2026 
Tournament Structure
Boys and Girls 7’s: The boys’ and girls’ Provincial Championships will each consist of sixteen (16) teams. Teams will play in 4 seeded pools, followed by a championship bracket or consolation bracket.
