- Spectators are not allowed to walk the course. They must rent a cart and stay on the cart path at all times.

Pace of Play
Pace of play will be monitored throughout the tournament and strictly enforced as follows:
- Competition Rounds: Each group will be required to complete their round in 4.5 hours or less. Should a group be behind at a scoring checkpoint, they will be notified by the scoring volunteer, and the competition committee will be notified. It will be the responsibility of the group to get back into the correct position.

Tournament Structure
The Championships will consist of a two (2) day event, with 18-holes being played each day. The team with the with the lowest total score for the 36 holes shall be crowned Provincial Champions.
- Foursomes:
- No two players representing the same school shall be in the same foursome.
- Round 1: Golfers will be placed according to team placement and seeding (eg: Number 1 golfers play together
- Round 2: Golfers will be placed according to their first day team totals with #1 golfers playing with each other.
