Event Limits: All swimmers are limited to a total of four events including alternate entries. Times recorded at this meet by Swimming Canada/Swim BC members cannot be used for Provincial or National qualification or for any team selection, as this is an unsanctioned event. Each school is allowed a maximum of two relay teams per event to qualify for the Provincial Championships.
Classification of Swimmer Categories
- “A” Swimmers are defined as:
- Any swimmer with a Swimming Canada number who has competed in a Winter Swim Meet from September 1, 2023 – November 15, 2024.
- Swim academy athletes
- Anyone that does not fit the ‘A’ swimmer definition is a ‘B’ swimmer.

- Team Registration (STARs) Deadline: October 1st, 2025
- Roster Deadline (STARs) Registration: October 15th, 2025
- Zone Championships completed: October 31st, 2025
- Championship Registration Deadline: November 5th, 2025
- Championship Scratch Deadline: November 11th, 2025
- Scratch deadline with no replacement or re-seeding: November 14th, 2025
