Race Structure

• Senior Boys (A/AA/AAA) – approximately 5 km
• Senior Girls (A/AA/AAA) – approximately 5 km
• Junior Girls and Boys – approximately 4.1 km
• Para – approximately 2 km

Saturday, November 1st (Race Day Schedule)

* ‘A’/’AA’ races may be two separate races if the 'A' race has at least 100 runners.

Races will commence according to the posted schedule. Athletes should be warmed up and ready to race when called to the start line.

Start Lane/ Box Allocations – this section will be updated after October 27th.
