Coaches Meeting & Package Pick Up

- All teams must have at least one representative at the meeting
- Only registered coaches are permitted to pick a school’s registration package. Any individual runners who are attending the championship with a parent chaperone must have a letter from their school designating the chaperone.

Provincial Berthing (Team and Individual)
Race Structure
The 2024 Cross Country Championships will be comprised of nine separate categories and each of the races will be run separately. (If the ‘A’ boys and/or ‘A’ girls races do not have a minimum of 100 racers, their races will be run with the ‘AA’ races but scored separately).
Racers are required to run on the marked trails of their corresponding category. The official race interactive map can be found here. All racers must have a competition bib to compete in the provincials.
- Senior Boys (A/AA/AAA) – approximately 5 km
- Senior Girls (A/AA/AAA) – approximately 5 km
- Junior Girls and Boys – approximately 4.1 km
- Para – approximately 2 km
Important Dates
- Team Registration Deadline (min of 1 athlete entered on STARS): October 2nd, 2024
- Deadline to add athletes to STARS roster without penalties: October 16th, 2024
- Zone Declaration/confirmation to take all allocated berths (team and individual) for their zone: October 16th, 2024
- Zone Championships completed: October 23rd, 2024
- Zone advancers files due: October 24th, 2024
