Rugby (15s) - Tournament Rules
Official Rules
The rules governing BCSS Rugby shall follow those of World Rugby with the following modifications.
All BCSS rugby (15s) games shall be 60 minutes in duration, having two 30- minute halves and a five-minute halftime.
Time in the “sin-bin” for 15’s is 8-minutes, not including halftime, or stoppage for injury.
Teams may use up to 10 players as a substitute. Among the substitutes, three players must be suited to play front row positions, and at least one player for lock.
Players who are substituted or replaced may not return to match, with the exemption of replacing an injured player.
